I work with people who know their childhood left some bruises—emotional, psychological, and often invisible.
Therapy with me is like having a guide to help you reconnect with the real you. I will be a cheerleader for your successes, a safe space for your tears, and give you kind directness when you are in your own way. I bring well-placed humor and realness into the therapy session. I’m trained in trauma, but I don’t believe healing happens under bright lights with someone nodding silently behind a clipboard. This work is tender, deep, and sometimes, hilariously messy.
