  • No, I don’t. I’m private pay only. Working outside the insurance system allows us to do deeper work without needing to label you or justify your pain to a third party.

    Why not?

Because real healing doesn’t always fit neatly into a diagnosis code. Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis to reimburse, and they can limit how long or how deep we’re allowed to go. By working privately, we get to move at your pace, do work that fits your actual life, and protect your privacy.

  • Nope. Virtual sessions only.

  • You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a little honesty and a quiet(ish) space. If you want to get grounded before we talk, it can help to think about what’s bringing you here: what hurts, what’s been heavy, and what you’re hoping could feel different.

Keep in mind that this first meeting will primarily be a biopsychosocial assessment, so be prepared to go over some background info. You most definitely won’t have to dig into your trauma on day 1. We’re not going to get into the specifics, just briefly touching on history to help me to get a better understanding of what makes you you!

  • We’ll meet on Google Meet. No need to download an app, just keep the link close and you’ll be able to open it directly in your web browser.

  • $190 for the initial 60-minute consultation.

    Weekly sessions are $165/50 minutes.
